In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for helping customers with their insurance needs, building lasting relationships, and supporting our team’s success. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships that lead to retention and growth• Review policies with customers and make helpful coverage recommendations• Help resolve customer questions and issues with professionalism and care• Proactively reach out to both new and existing customers (leads provided!)• Use your product knowledge to explain, recommend, and sell insurance optionsWhat We’re Looking For
