"Update: The office manager, Crissy, fixed it quickly. All good now.
Original:
A month ago I requested to add my unit number to the address, no response. So I texted Stuart, and a representative replied saying they'll update it, but it still hasn't changed. No one has responded to further emails. If you change it soon, I will update this review to 4 stars. If not, I'll end my policy and go to another insurer."

"I transferred all my policies over to Stuart Nalewaik's State Farm agency after graduating and moving to Austin in 2016, and Crissy has been a lifesaver ever since. She is always so reliable, and Stuart has always been super chill and not trying to sell me policies I don't need. They handle my truck, home, and life insurance, and they are hands down the best insurance agency in South Austin. Highly recommend!"
